APPOINTMENTS
You do not need to be referred by a doctor. You can simply fill this form or just ring us on 07785 792197 to make an appointment.
Self-funding patients pay after each session by bank transfer.
Insured patients must supply us with their insurance details, membership number and authorisation codes before the initial consultation.
We will bill insurance companies directly with any excess settled directly with Move & Improve by the patient.
There is a fee of £25 for appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours of an appointment.
